1) Make unique content and ping it to search engines.
2) Make powerful backlinks for your website.
3) Submit your posts to some social bookmarking sites.

I read this somewhere on the WF a couple of days ago that if you use Googles webmaster tools and your site is already added you can go to site diagnostics and click on fetch as Googlebot and once Google has fetched it click on submit to index. I just tried it on a new page I added yesterday which I wasn't bothered about getting indexed quickly as it was only an about page so I'll see how long it takes.

Usually just bookmarking your post as mentioned above does the trick anyway.

According to me post are not quickly index by google, firstly website or there webpages are index by google. It's all depend on site and how the timing duration are there, and when, webpages are index than automatically your post are index by google.
