If you already have decent traffic (sounds like you do - nice job!) then it's most likely a question of what the user is coming to your site for (check your longtail hits and referral texts) and your ad placement.

Make sure your UVs are actually targeted UVs. From reading your post I have a vague idea of what your site does. It is possible your users aren't targeted and thus are resilient to clicking a random advertisement.

Once you figure that out.. spy on some of your competitors to see where they are placing their ads (see if there's a pattern between a few of them). Next up would be split testing multiple themes and placements. With your UV numbers it shouldn't take very long to optimize. Try different block sizes and experiment with images/text ads.

Getting the users is the hard part.. optimizing is the fun part. Good luck!

          Thanks for the reply...

My site is about Android Hacking (rooting, installing Custom OS, etc.,)... Almost all my traffic is targeted traffic... Average time on site is more than 3 minutes...

I keep on changing the ad placements based on competitors, but till now no luck...

isnt the "phone hacking niche" full of free stuff?

maybe it changed but about 2 years ago when i got my iphone and i wanted to unlock it the software was free to use

if yes i dont think you will not get more out of your adsense adds

You might have to look for some affilate product (e.g: amazon)

yeah they are free... but my site is about hacking latest android smartphone, so there will be lots of keywords like "samsung galaxy", "htc one", etc., these keywords have Good CPC according to GWT...

I head lots of strange stories saying that Google will ban Amazon affiliate site, but i am not sure, so i am not trying amazon...

I've to say I didn't see much work you've done on ad placement, check those content-blended ad placement, your ads are too distinct with your theme layout.

    Few advices for you:
    1. remove adsense ad the top and put 468x15 or 728x15 link unit below the menu.
    2. adsense in post switch to the left side instead of right side
    3. adsense on the right in sidebar move to the end of the article, left side

Your ctr will surely goes up, believe me, I have the same placement on my site.

You can also use the AdSense competitive ad filter to block the low paying advertisers from your site.
