Negative seo?

how we can do negative SEO for our competitor.Give me step by step process?

I won't suggest you anything about negative SEO but for the other way around, you can do competitive analysis and can try to gain links from which he took links. Beside this, you can do onpage changes similar to his site.

  Dude - there was a step by step process on here a while ago called 'Backlink Bomb Experiment' and the thread was deleted by the mods.
  
  No point posting this stuff - we all know it's possible and with a little bit of thought anyone can do it assuming the target site doesn't have hundreds of authority links.

Some people won't agree but negative SEO is a waste of time and effort. Just work on ranking your site. You are not going to bring down an aged site with negative SEO. In fact, you might help them.

SEO (search engine optimization) is a way to promote a website or market your services/products with search engines.
When you’re going through google’s guide line it’s called white hat or organic seo. So when ever you’re starting against that it’s called negative seo. Means you can say black hat activities.
