Hey friends, I am just thinking of a Page Rank tool that can calculate Page Rank Daily or Monthly basis. Or even instantly! I dont know whether it is already developed by any hyper active SEO guy or not but If it is not yet done then this certainly can be an extremely good tool.

What is my personal thinking of this Daily/Monthly Page Rank Tool?

We all know Google updates its Page Rank daily or even hourly basis but it only reveals PR to public 3/4 times a year. So toolbars that show PageRank are actually showing outdated PageRanks.

Well now if we develop a system that will pull links using several different reliable SEO tools(like SEO Spyglass, MajesticSEO blah blah blah..) and calculate PageRank depending on current indexed backlinks then it could be a fantastic Tool. Right?

Not only that I think we can easily include some features that can make the tool over Hot. Like we can include a feature that will calculate PageRank of a page depending on incoming links using specific keyword/keywords. Also we can include another feature to check Page rank depending on custom setup weight to different kinds of links. I mean by default the tool will calculate rank by giving .20 to profile links, .50 to blog comment links, 5 to high PR(website PR) contextual links etc. But any user will be able to set the point upon his/her personal experience or thinking about value of different kinds of links...

What are your insights.. ??

Only problem the tool will face that it has to calculate PR depending on google's current page ranks of backlinks. As google's current PageRank is outdated so it would be a problem for the tool to calculate a reliable PR that would be very near of the actual page rank. To do that the tool would need to count and measure backlinks of all backlinks.

However I think we can develop a good algo that would absorb the problem and would deliver us almost accurate PageRank

hmm.. Good idea. But I think the main problem is outdated database as you mentioned. So PR calculation will not be accurate. By the what Algorithm you want to use?
