Where can I get Adwords promotional code?

I'm signed up for a new adwords account through this link (http://www.google.com/ads/offers/adwordsoffer.html)which is supposed to email me a $100 adwords code, but did not receive it at all.

Anybody have any idea what's wrong or know where I can get a voucher? Anyone does not need the credit and giving away free promo code perhaps? I'd appreciate any help. Thanks.

    I have several Adwords coupons which expire at the end of the month and certainly will not be able to make use of all of them. Let me know if you are interested.
