Our websites that are not in google serp are located on Unlimited Domain Hostings (hostgator, 1and1, etc.).

Did it happen to any website which has single website hosting plan?
For instance, Godaddy Economy Hosting Plan, etc.

P.S. I know that there are some websites on Unlimited Domain Hostings which are still in serp. But here we need direct answer to the question above!

I am not really sure what about this, but I think you want to know, is there any effec if we use hosting with single domain used only,

for me it doesn't have any relevance I think, as I know SERP depend on many factor, Onpage and Offpage, Onpage mean how we set site, (keyword, and desc, and etc) and backlink methode we use,

I have good experience on it and get rank when I used single domain license for my hosting plan,

I think there are no differences between single website hosting plan and unlimited domains. It doesn't effect to SERP.. You probably need to work hard and do SEO correctly.

Seems like Google slapped quite a few sites recently. They might of went overboard though, wonder if it's a bug and if they'll reverse it, or stick to the changes. Will be interesting to see how it turns out.

They only happen two thing if you do not found in search site,
You target the wrong keywords or your site do not get index by Google.

Okay - the last couple of days about 75% of my portfolio of niche sites have tanked.

I'm not hosted with HostGator - I run my own unmanaged VPS out of a DC in Dallas, so I'm sure that hosting is unrelated.

A good deal of my recent links have come from ALN, which we all know is being aggressively de-indexed, but not all of the sites I've lost used ALN.

I think we're looking at a new algo change here, and to be honest I don't think this is going to be reversed anytime soon. Google have proved with Panda that they're prepared to accept a degree of collateral damage in order to clean up the SERPs.

If I'm completely honest the SERPs for the terms I've been targetting are probably more relevent than ever, so Google seems to be meeting it's goals.I'm sure members of the spam team will be reading WF and other IM hangouts and will be rather pleased with themselves at the moment. (That's not to say that my sites were spam - the articles were pretty decent quality written by myself.)

I'd be interested to know - are all the sites people are seeing deindexed monetized by Adsense, or are there CPA and list building sites tanking too?
