    Interesting site. We don't see a lot of this type of sites today. You could try to edit some of the information in the site though

    ex. "Did you know that the person that created Superman sold his comic to marvel for $130 and Marvel turned it into a Multi Billion dollar series."

    You could start by solving the few HTML errors you have left: [Invalid] Markup Validation of http://www.guardianlender.com/index.aspx - W3C Markup Validator

    There doesn't seem to be much to do, it shouldn't be a big task.

    You should also set up your permalinks.
