Google Loses Advertising Case in Australia

I for one am not a big G hater, and although I agree there are some questionable ads that come through Adwords, I wouldn't like to see the current business model damaged.
I'd much prefer to see real competition from Bing in both search and advertising to level the playing field a bit... But I digress - here's a story about the Australian case:
