I have heard from many people that, PageRank is passed from page to page and Google determines the PageRank of website on the backlinks factor. However, I would like to know that, do you think the Google Panda Update has anything to do with the site PageRank?

As much as I know, it is more focused on improving the search engine result pages quality by displaying sites offering unique, fresh and valuable content to users. It will mostly affect less and low quality content sites. What do you think?

Actually never heard before as on regarding this statement. And i guess its not, Panda does not effect Page Rank of your Web site. On basis if your site's functionality not good, Content issues and more, but still there is no major available points which will decrease you Page Rank.

“We noticed a while ago that, if you look at the PageRank of a page — how reputable we think a particular page or site is — the ability to spell correlates relatively well with that. So, the reputable sites tend to spell better and the sites that are lower PageRank, or very low PageRank, tend not to spell as well.”

Here's a statement from Matt Cutts. I think it's safe to asume that spelling, grammer and content do fall under Google's latest Panda updates.

i think Google Panda affect the page rank, because all the thing is the content,if you have low quality, copied, repeated or some kind of spamming, then Panda must hit your Page Rank.

Yes, if your website keyword ranking get drop by google panda then it will impact on your page rank also. The panda scan your complete website and if they found that your website is not suitable for the users then it will get penalize. The penalize website never get page rank.
