Does any one Do This With PPC?

I am new to ppc.I see there is many different opinions on what works. I tested campains. I tested the highest price words to get on the first page keywords. spend $$$ no conversions. Then I just took thousands of words open a bunch of campains bought cheap clicks and made money.

Now I have about 8000 words.I am going to triple my campains and ad another 80,000 words. I know I am throwing it against the wall to to see what sticks marketing.

Does anyone out there do the same ? Get tons of keywords and let roll!!!!!

Erm... No. I think there would be other areas worth tweaking and improving than just getting 80,000 keywords. I wouldn't imagine that there would be 80,000 good keywords to use for any niche. Besides... that amount would probs take you about 5 years to put into place.

My advice... do your research.... pick a few and tweak and test. Then repeat.

How are you tracking these 80k keywords? Are they all related to your product/niche? Or are you just getting as many as you can find?

This is baffling to me, I have problems keeping up with 1 campaign of 20 words and tracking CTR with conversions... 80k... Wow there's no way to track that.

Creating a 50,000-keyword campaign with custom ads and landing pages, as well as tracking can be done today in one afternoon.

If you want to go down the mega-keyword route, spreadsheets and Adwords editor are your friends :-)
