Can you be more specific? It's really hard to come up with an appropriate answer to such a generic question.

I have red some articles on Search engine land ans search engine journal but want to know it was just because of parked domain mistake from Google. I will recommend first to check webmaster tool, If their is some message or not, it can also be due to unnatural link building process more than 700,000 webmaster has got message of unnatural link warning, so will recommend you first to find the exact reason for de-ranking of your website.

You might be mistaken as to what a parked domain is.

Your server or hosting company may have some
      wrong settings.

Google should not index a true parked domain, as
it does not exist as content on the web. They
have started cracking down on parked domains
that they may have indexed due to the way
      some hosting companies tweaked "parked."

"Parked domains" were the bane of searchers.

If google thinks your domain is parked, it should not
even show up in SERPs. So, how do you know they
view it as parked? Did you do a search for the domain?

If you are talking about the "domain" in your sig, they
are certainly not looked on as parked by google.

    Matt Cutts:
"I saw a recent post where several sites were asking about their search rankings. The short explanation is that it turns out that our classifier for parked domains was reading from a couple files which mistakenly were empty. As a result, we classified some sites as parked when they weren't.

I apologize for this; it looks like the issue is fixed now, and we'll look into how to prevent this from happening again."
