He doesn't have PR10 / PR9 domains.

He has fake PR10 / PR9 domains which have zero value.

There are only a handful of sites with real PR10 and
those are common knowledge. < 20 or so, give or
take what happens on a daily basis.

Why would anyone believe that fake PR10, then come

It sold a lot for backlinks, who got it will have a little value. How to check it?
You can check the backlinks and if the site have enough good backlinks, this may be true.
If you want to buy PR5 backlink and check a site, find down and see they have less than 1000 backlinks, this must be fake PR. You can also check the internal link and see all of them are PR0.
How they do that?
They use the old technical direct url but they maintain it even after they un-direct the site url.
So be careful when buy backlinks if you don't want to lose you money.

There are literally thousands of sites that have faked PR pages. Hardly new news.

The trick is outdated, simple, and scammy. I can't see why you'd want to know it Greeks.

All you do is redirect a site to a PR10 site (such as google.com), wait for the PR update, then cancel the redirect, and viola.

Now why did I say that? Hmm...

After checking its backlinks with Scrapebox backlink checker, it has:

1x PR9 backlink - Review on Computer & Technology

and all the rest are less than PR4...

Just because a page passes an info: check or a fake PR checker, doesn't mean it doesn't have faked PR.

Doing an info: test is certainly the first basic test to do and if it reports a different domain then it's definitely faked. However if it returns the same domain, it doesn't automatically mean the PR is valid.

I know how this guy take PR 10 because i have a lot of websites with high PR. You will never know hot to get this because you guys are to concern to say is fake. Yours superficiality is ti high to see something or do something like this.

If anyone wanna know how is possible this must pay a lot of money to tech him. I guarantee you is very clean method and a logic one.

Your problem is that you use already made site like wordpress, joomla, etc and you will never know how a site is structured in a link architecture.

Can you please explain more about the method you are talking about? As i know, pagerank has mathematical formula and according to this formula, you need to get backlinks from high pagerank dofollow pages. Are you talking about another method than this?
I also have another question. If the pagerank is real and its 10, why the internal pages are PR0 ?
Its wonderful for me because google.com with millions of backlinks is PR9 and this site with hundreds of backlinks is PR10.

Answer: Google first give to home page that page rank and from home page is propagate to the inner page. From a PR update to another home page PR will never change but the inner PR page dose if the backlinks that sustain that HOME PAGE PR disappear.

Simply google the list of the latest REAL PR10 sites. Very short list, less
than 20.

A little logic on what a PR10, or even a PR9 site is, will tell you the PR
is faked. It's very easy to fake PR today.

Here's one quick way to actually give 100% verification that a
site has no PR. It's not cached in the google database. So,
doing a search for the domain indeed gives no cache. In fact,
the site "owners," (and I use that term loosely) do not
want the site cached. At least while they are faking PR. The
reason is that clicking on the cache link will take you to the
site that is having its PR hijacked.

After any PR update, they remove the hijack.

Likely a fake page rank. There are only a handful of page ranked 10 websites and they have literally millions of backlinks and a domain age dating back to the 90s.

My SEO toolbar shows the PR is 0!!! It is definiately a scam site to attract some dirty traffic.

The registration day is 2011-6-7, how does it possible to boot a site from pr0 to pr10 in less than a year?

It is possible that a website jumps to PR10 from 0 in one year but it needs that many websites link to the new site and its rare, but its possible and nothing is wrong with this. But about this site, i doubt that this site linked by a lot of sites.

Most people don't know that there are other more sophisticated ways to fake PR that won't show up with an info: command or by the scrapebox fake PR checker so it's logical that some people don't get it.

The fact that only a handfull of sites have a real PR10 like Twitter, doesn't seem to bother them.

I'm not really interested in "debating" the legitimacy of the site or it's pagerank. However, I am curious as to how it was accomplished and also how long does it last? The domain has dropped to a PR 5 now. It also has about 18,000 backlinks checking it with Majestic SEO, The 225 number is how many unique domains are linking to it, not how many backlinks it has.

While the PR 10 might have been "real," when checking it in rank checkers, looking at it in Redirect Check Tool | 301 Redirect Check for SEO | RagePank SEO shows the entire site is a 301 redirect.

If you check the backlinks for realyestate, many links came from other .info sites like xixibb(dot)info, 44ai(dot)info, ganbbtv(dot)info, 66ai(dot)info, etc. All these domains are now not working and are expired. I think the main idea is that the guy created several mirror sites and 302ed these sites to the main site and hence achieved the higher page rank.

Hopefully by now everyone realizes that the PR is CLEARLY fake. It's essentially impossible to get a Pagerank of 10.
