Wow I can't believe I missed this before, I wanted to share some information that a lot of SEO gurus already know, but it proved to me that even with my extensive success in the search engines, there was still something I was missing.

I get a ton of high quality backlinks for my sites all the time, I do my own SEO work, but when I stumbled upon the importance of on-page interlinking it changed my life

Basically, just linking to other sites who are ranking high in Google's search engines seems to be enough to SIGNIFICANTLY increase your rankings for those terms

Don't feel like giving up promo to your competitors? Well, I think you should!

You can even link to them in the footer.

Just go to Google and search for whatever keyword you're interested in ranking for, then take one of the top 3 and link to them in your footer, using that keyword as anchor text!

I literally saw dramatic changes in my search engine rankings within HOURS...

Not days... Hours...

Now I have one big, HUGE question for the true experts out there:

How do I do the interlinking throughout my website for BEST search engine results possible????

I'm 100% intrigued now that I see the power of this. It's way more important than I thought.

Thanks
Kyle

    Kyle,
That's a new one to me, I may have to test that out. Pretty interesting. I was always taught to keep all of the link juice and not link to outward competitors but to some high authority domain.
    Thanks for the share.

I've heard this too in the last wso I bought. He said that was one of the most important things to do even though it doesn't seem right and feels like your giving away traffic. I haven't been able to try it but I plan on it in the next day or two.

This seems a bit interesting. Pretty much goes against what many of us have been taught!

BUT It does make sense in a way. Thinking about testing this out for my own site maybe.

    Thanks for sharing.

This is something I've suggested for years. If linking to bad neighborhoods is bad for SEO, then we might assume linking to good sites and pages is good.

Also, Google LOVES anchor text. It's important to have your keywords in anchor text. IMO, only the page title is more important.

And linking to other sites/pages is what the Web is all about. Those that do link to other sites look less selfish and more apart of the "community" and should be rewarded.

There's also a concept that Google loves "hub sites". A hub site is similar to an authority site, except a hub site has tons of links to quality, relevantly themed web sites.

Yeah certainly goes against a lot of stuff I've read but it seems to work!

So far our rankings which we gained from this have stayed.

But there MUST be more secrets!

For instance, how to do a link exchange that benefits my rankings?

When I did a link exchange, my linkings DROPPED...

But I've heard it's the only way to achieve top 10 positions for the mega-keywords.

Is there anyone who can help me here?
