My webiste is showing as number 54 on google.co.uk and 76 on google.com for my main keyword using seoserp tracker. HOWEVER when I check manually its ALWAYS at 126/127/ Anyone know why this is?

Actually Google shows sometime this variation, but you should increase your site rank and keep it on at-least first page. Do proper and quality backlink for this.

Actually this happen due to Google dance. It will be due to not good content.

Check the site using a proxy, Hidemyass or similar. Base resulting ups and downs through that only.

Without the proxy you are almost certainly seeing results tailored to your web history.
