Advice Needed - Focus only on PR3 Blog to make income or on PPC or other ways?

It's been a while since I posted but I have been looking at WSOs. I bought one recently about using Adcentre, but I really don't want to create new sites to promote products, as my time is limited, and using eg clickbank sellers' urls as the destination url will probably get me banned.

Over the years I've done a lot of different things and now need to focus on one way forward, so any input you can give would be much appreciated!

The main thing that has remained consistent is a niche blog I run which is now PR3 and is making a small but regular income via adsense. It gets about 650 - 1000+ visits per day.

I need to increase online earnings ideally significantly, and am wondering what you might suggest?

Is there a way to earn via eg clickbank or CPA that doesn't involve a site that needs time and content? (lol - I am thinking not)

Or should I focus on my blog and getting more backlinks (something I haven't done much of, my traffic comes since I publish posts regularly)? If so, what is a good - but cost-effective - way of getting good quality backlinks, without massive time input?

I have clickbank banners and Amazon associate products on the blog but not much is happening there as yet in terms of income, it's just adsense. My blog is niche, but it's also my personal blog so I'm not so keen to just start selling a lot of products blatantly...

It seems that any new method you learn and put into practice (ref WSOs for eg) is obviously going to need time. In terms of my blog the question is how do you take a PR3 to PR4 and increase traffic in a short space of time?
