What is a google proxy?

In scrapebox it says whether a proxy is a google proxy or not. I dont understand what a google proxy is. I have searched the net but cant really find anything. Do non google proxies work in scrapebox? I need them for harvesting. At the moment I am only using google proxies with medium/fast speed that I have harvested myself

      Google proxy is such proxy which is able to bypass Google too. For Harvesting or Checking PR and etc. you need to bypass Google, otherwise there is a chance of getting penalized by it and leaving a huge footprint which is certainly not desirable.
      So, YES, the proxies have to pass the Google Anonymity test to avoid such situations.

    most of the proxies are banned from google due to massive of harvesting or spam activity. public proxies are always get ban to fast. always use private proxies.
