Decrease in traffic and keyword rankings

Hello! 3 of our sites experienced significant decrease in SERP rankings and traffic last week. Does anyone have the same experience? Please share your ideas. I will greatly appreciate your help. Thanks.

  • Can not tell unless and until you share more information. Need to understand your sites, and then need to analyze what could be the possible reason.

    But it looks like these days Google is hunting down sites that are over optimized.

    • As of now, we have only done manual SEO for our sites and we did not avail yet of any automated tool to make backlinks, etc. I have been away for more than a week and was not able to do SEO on them for a few days. When I got back, I've seen that ours sites have massive decrease in rankings. Some keywords went from 20th rank to nothing.

  • most of the sites are affected by new google algo, so may be you are also in the boat of victims.

  • Gut feeling tells me the recent Algo change may have affected your site,its not very nice when it happens but its Googles way of saying you have to improve content or the likes.

  • I follow this work for my site .....forum , bookmarking , blog creation ,video posting ...etc.....i get top in Google by using this factors
  • It could be a coincidence but Google have been acting like a crazy old cat lady with alzheimers in the last week so it is probably something to do with that.
