Is anyone else seeing a huge loss in longtail traffic after this algo update?

    jr1228,

Yes, but I would not panic just yet, let's see where the dust settles first, it's way to early to get upset yet, as I'm sure that G will be changing things shortly, I'm sure they did not intend for blank pages to be ranking on the first pages with very competitive terms like, "make money online"

I will agree, it is still nerve racking to have to wait especially when it's costing us money...

Thanks, Bond Girl. I'm not panicked as I still am ranking for my main keywords, but it's frustrating to lose out on the longtail visits! I have seen some positive changes since the algo first rolled out though, so I hope more positive changes are to come.

    Jr1228,

Well, I'm glad at least someone is not panicking! *grin* I hope the positive changes come around for you soon my friend. Most of my sites are still missing out too, and I know I'm not the only one in that boat. Hopefully in the next few days we should see things settle down.
