This is just my 2 cents...

Simple Explanation:
The falling penguin represents the "Google Penguin" update.
The people pushing the penguin off the cliff represent internet searchers.
(They'll hate the new low quality search results)
The Killer Whale represents all website owners who will eat the "Penguin Update" alive.

  But, on the other hand... there are lots of ways we could portray this recent attack against website owners. Even guys like Tim Carter from askthebuilder.net; AKA used to be one of Google's spotlight adwords sites (See here) are speaking out against Google's abuse.

That picture is missing the giant prehistoric mega-shark with Google tattooed across it's back, swimming up under the killer whale to eat all of them. It has a giant smile and all of its teeth bared.
