Affected the Penguin (Webspam) Update? Tell Google about it

Obviously they are not gonna individually look at every URL submitted. They might take samples to train their algo to better classify sites that should be targeted by Penguin or not. In other words, it might contribute to whatever tweaks they make in future to this update.

      Is this for real? Seriously? Google makes a huge boo boo, can't admit it, and expects us to tell them where they messed up?

      How many of these will actually be considered anyway? And will it trigger something, put me on Google's bad guy radar?

    Every time Google makes a major algorithm change, innocent sites get caught up in the collateral damage. Google's has a pretty nonchalant attitude about the issue.
