How well does Google's algorithm work?

I am willing to bet, none of you can match these stats and guess what, I don't rank #1 for any of the terms these are for and the site is over a year old in a not so competitive niche. How pathetic is googles algorithm?

FYI, the middle number in average visit duration is MINUTES.

  • What, no challengers? Everyone can slam people complaining about google, saying our site must be crap, but I present the facts, yet no one can show that their site has more page views, better time on site, or bounce rate than ours.

  • Nobody knows how Google's algorithm works, not even Google's algorithm engineers.
    It is not worth giving any thought.
