According to this blog post and others like it when I did a search for it:

I have LiveFyre and Disqus installed on a website of mine and I searched for someone's comment for my site through google and there weren't any results for it.
So I decided to ping my site shortly after with Pingler in case that portion of it wasn't indexed yet (its a low traffic site, less than 2K per month). Then I searched again, still no sign of it in Google.
