Iphone related blog with more than 1000 posts

I want to sell my blog with a very good domain : Iphone Games | Best Iphone Games | Ipad news.

It has pr 1 with more than 1200 indexed backlinks and more than 1000 indexed posts.

It has 2 years already, first registration date was : 13.01.2011 at Mad Dog

My first price is at least 200 $ , i think it is fully justified.

This will be sold to the highest fee in the bid.

    as iphone is a registered trademark and in your top level domain name i believe this makes it vulnerable to seizure by apple.

    This may discourage buyes, I hope I am wrong though.

      Sorry to disagree with you but have nothing to do one with eac other .. Check "iphone games " on google to see how many has the same keyword and rank very well..

        just because you have nothing to do with apple doesnt mean it is not susceptible to seizure. If you are in the same or related marketplace I think it can be taken from you.

        As far as how many other people are doing it doesnt mean anyhting really. Especially if the person buying it is looking at a long term play.

        I could be wrong and I hope I am wrong and I hope your sale is successful but just something to look out for.

        There also may be restrictions on some of the popular sale sites for this type of issue with a product.

            unfortunately this is not how it works. I a not telling you not to sell it i am just saying be on the lookout for this issue. In particular if you use a website like flippa to sell this listing there may be TOS rules on flippa from selling it.

            Sorry, you're completely 100% wrong. iPhone is not just a 'word.' iPhone is a registered trademark of Apple Inc.

            That means this trademark CAN NOT be used by anyone other than Apple Inc in a domain name. The registrar sold it to you because they have a disclaimer that states the registrant is solely responsible for the registration and has already checked to make sure the domain used is not a registered trademark.

            If Apple Inc were to send them a cease and desist, they would shut down the trademark infringing website and charge you a clean up fee (around $199 at most cheap domain registrars.)

            Domain registrars count on the fact that the most people are ignorant of the laws, like you.

            Now you can never say you haven't been told the truth. Read this.


            "Domain Names: You may not use an identical or virtually identical Apple trademark as a second level domain name.

            Not acceptable: “imac.com” “imacapple.com” “imac-apple.com” “podmart.com”

            Seems pretty specific to me.

                    Flippa shouldn't allow it because the buyer is getting ripped off. All it takes is one legal bot to find the domain. They send a cease and desist to the new owner and down comes the domain and website. That could be a complete loss of significant money in certain cases.

                    That's just one reason I've always though that Flippa leans toward the 'scam side' of the equation. They don't care if their buyers get ripped off or not.

    On top of all of that, the backlink profile is garbage.

    I wouldn't buy this domain for $1.

      may i ask how you check a sies backlink profile i have never bothered to do this before outside of wm tools on my own sites?

        There are a ton of ways. In this case, I just went to Ahrefs.com and started looking at the backlinks.

    This is the real thruth ,, other things are just .....some stories about white hat, copyright laws and ... some other stuff that makes no difference..
