That can happen when you have special characters in the title and it only happens when you copy-page the title as opposed to typing it in the Post Title field.

special characters, for example, would be "" ''.

You can simply remove it when creating the post, by editing them out of the URL string.

so you are saying that if i wrote the post in MS word and copied the title from word and pasted into the post title field in WP that causes this??

        Yup.

If you actually type in the Post Title Field, it doesn't happen. Wordpress automatically strips those characters out if you do type them.

If you copy-paste from programs like Word, Wordpress doesn't strip.

It looks like your URL has spaces in it. Go create a sample post and see what the URL slug is. For some reason it isnt example.com/dog-training-example.

You should be able to go look at those posts on your backend and see if they have spaces. If they do, you can fix it and it should 301 to the proper URL

1st thing you need to do is find out if it was a special character or a space. Since it is between each word, that tends to be an error of spaces.

Go back and look at th epost in your admin and you will be able to tell. While there, just fix the URL slug to word-word-word. WP should then 301 the wrong URL to the new one and eventually the new URL will take the old URLs place in the SERPS.

      Train a Dog

my permalink right below shows........ domain.com/train-a-dog
