How many people have taken a dislike to our furry little friends in the last week. They don't seem to be as cute as they once were?

Are Panda's more cuddly than penguins?

Penguins are my favorite animal, and always have been. I don't think any less of them just because Google wanted another 'P' word to continue a theme but lacked the vocabulary to come up with a more appropriate animal name for their update. Since it seems that it indiscriminately shreds the SERPs and leaves skeleton sites with little or no content floating at the top, 'piranha' would have been a better choice.

Rumor says, they named the update after The Penguin, Gentleman of Crime, one of Batman's oldest enemies, DC Comics supervillain. Because Google people are geeks and geeks love comics

Both Panda and Penguin gave us mixed results, especially for the 2 & 3 tier backlinks strategy we were using - so not sure which one to hate more

That's what I thought of when I first heard they named it Penguin. I thought of The Penguin from Batman and not the cute bird. I used to have nightmares about the Penguin when I was little!

Ha ha, I love Penguins! But yea, they should have called it the shark or the snake update though. But I guess I can't complain about the update since none of my sites have been touched yet. Actually my sites are still moving up in the rankings.
