I just noticed that all my categories have my keywords in them. For example:

bluewidget.com/blue-widget-news/blog-title
bluwidget.com/blue-widget-sales/blog-title

etc.

I'm changing them now - this could be seen as major keyword stuffing by Penguin.

Check your categories, it may help!
