Microsoft Adcenter Is Horrible/ No Conversion Data

Has anyone else had issues with Microsoft Adcenter? I have been attempting to set up conversion tracking (report variable $ ecommerce sales) literally for two months with Adcenter. Their customer service is terrible, the conversion code is not working despite multiple tweaks per their suggestions, yet my client is wanting to spend between $6-$12k feeding PPC if we can simply see results to calculate ROI which has been phenomenal on Adwords.

It's baffling to me how bad their service is. This same effort was literally completed in an hour with Google Adwords. Has anyone experienced the same? Any ideas for better support or another way to track Yahoo/Bing PPC?

Yea, it is pretty bad. Hop on Twitter and find the Bing evangelist and talk to him. He usually responds and can get you setup.

I do spend around $6K per month with Bing, but adcenter is a mess in the beginning - its not just you. Once you do get it setup and get some data, it is REALLY nice. I like it better than adwords for data, even. But, it takes time and sucks in the beginning.
