I am a newbie and not an SEO person. My site has been affected by BMR. I would appreciate any help or advice.
I have been researching and see you need quality content constantly updated. I have been writing blogs and then posting a link to facebook and twitter but that is all I am doing. I have a wordpress blog and trying to use Yoast SEO with it.
I need advise on where and how to submit my blogs in a whitehat way.
