I Would Recommend You To Do It Manually !

Firstly i prefer to do article submission manually because there are less than 20 quality article directories that worth submission and others are not such useful. And if you are looking for an automated tool, have a look at Article Demon. But in my opinion, all these automated tools have many problems and they need to be upgraded always and its boring and disappointing!

and it only cost one time fee.

However, there are a few ones that this tool do not submit to like EZA because they upgrade their site every now and then and that makes it impossible to successfully submit to them.

I would suggest ContentBoss, I have used it but you need to pay around $30/month to use this software so it is a little costly.

It has also good storage of PLR articles you can use it as unique articles from ContentBoss. Quality is also good as articles are spun articles so not good for quality website or for publishing on your web site but you can use it for other purposes like link building etc.

Does these software have positive results as they used to be in the past?

There are not many article submission websites actually worth submitting to. Might be better off you stick to manual to do this, i know it will take a while to sign up the accounts but after that the posting wont take too long
