I love what happens when you search for "trying to make money online". I've seen countless more examples of minimal content ranking #1

One of my posts with around 2000+ words deserve to be there. But now it's no where to be found.

Its because its a big money keyword phrase which google recognizes and all the big players over optimize the keyword, therefore they've been penalized ... thus leaving the neglected non seo'd sites higher in the mix

Ya, the search results on G are crazy right now, I can't imagine they will leave it this way. It is not a good user experience if you are not able to find what you are looking for... I would think that they are scrambling to fix this...at least I hope they are...

My blog is no where to be found also. and I lost 1 PR point today to. I did some searching myself using my blog title, and my niche keywords. You would not believe how many blogs and websites ranking that had no content, irelevent content, or content that had not been updated in 6 months to 2 years.

I am so angry at Google, I went to G+, found the feedback form, and blasted them. W/O vulgarity of course ( a lot of restraint there). I am positive it did no good at all. Google has lost it.

theres plenty of relevant google ads for the query to help people find what they're looking for.

If not people can use a more specific long tail search. long tail searches are far less effected by this update. http://www.warriorforum.com/adsense-...-analysis.html

LOL, so you are saying that now people should rely on google ads when making a search? Of course that's what G would LOVE to. Oh, wait, maybe that's WHY there is such a mess?

I should have taken that screenshot of the top search result for the search term "python hosting". I don't know if anyone here has seen that, but the top search result shows a page that says nothing but "OK". Yes, just that. "OK".

I've been seeing a lot of anti-Penguin posts lately. It seems that Google has made some sort of a mess here. It makes me wonder why they made a Penguin when they already have a Panda that helps make the Internet a better place. Well, if they're thinking that the Penguin's there for that as well, they might want to think of a new update. Google Bear? Google Koala?
