2% and Higher CTR
but impressions are only 100 per seven days

    i think you have to set a specific channel ads of your niche. selecting the ads channel same on your site niche will help in.

    i think you have been click bombed. adsense deactivation may occur if your extremely low CTR persists.

    The ads are only related to your niche because of your browsing. Google use's this to determine what a users interests are and then displays them within a web pages Adsense unit. You need to place some adverts that is why, i cannot easily see where adverts are just by looking at your homepage. Look at a Adsense Heat Map in Google to get a rough understanding of where most users click on a standard web page
