Internal links no follow or do follow?

Hi just wondering if any could help with this, just done some internal linking
on my site with anchor text, should the links be no follow or do follow.word-press 3.2.2 seo smart links plugin. thinking of page rank. hope you can make sense of this question

Use SEO Quake plugin in your browser to confirm that the links are nofollow or dofollow.

  I've found this plugin to make nofollow all the internal links
  WordPress › Nofollow Internal Links « WordPress Plugins
  
  Remove/ disable the plugin to remove the nofollow attribute.

Internal links should be dofollow. There is no harm if you do internal linking on your site. But it should be limited in a certain amount i guess.

You are much better off having all your internal links as dofollow, otherwise Google could see it as Page Sculpting, and the big G definitely doesn't like that.

I think you should make your internal backlinks DoFollow. If your site's old pages have high PR then it will help newer pages getting PR faster.

  In my opinion all internal links should be dofollow but you should limit per post links to 4 at max otherwise google may consider it links spamming.

According to me do-follow is far better option to pass your homepage link juice to internal page. No follow links will not helps you much in getting ranking.

Internal linking should be left dofollow. There's no point in adding the nofollow attribute to your internal links.

Well, if you want to make your site infinitely more difficult to rank, than make all of your links nofollow. Otherwise, stay away from nofollow.

I do not know why anyone would nofollow all their internal links. Horrible idea.
