Those are some highly competitive phrases. Make sure to choose exact match for all of them and make sure the landing page is highly targeted. Google will eat your budget up very fast with broad match.

      Hi ebizman,

That is a good start to your keyword list. Those are what we call the short head keywords. I would try to add as many long tail keywords that you can find to that list. You will often find that conversion rates are higher for some of the long tail keywords and competition may be lower as well.

To get some more ideas, try plugging that list into the AdWords Keyword Tool.

Budget is good but ensure you understand match types fully and keep them in tightly themed ad groups with relevant ad copy/landing pages per phrase.

Also, keep a close eye on your search queries (video on this page - Changes to AdWords Keyword Match Types – Exact and Phrase (May 2012)) and use negative keywords to prevent wasted clicks.

Just ask your Adwords Representative to create the campaign for you. You could get the most of your $100 budget and discover a good Adwords campaign.
