Adsense Down today

The Admin for Adsense was down most of today. When I finally did get in to check my stats the amount paid as dismal compared to other days.

Do you think there are times when ads are appearing, but I'm not getting credit for clicks?

  • This happens every time Google updates AdWords (today was the first in a new Quality Score update).

    Usually the stats will catch up within a day or two and you'll find you made more money that you thought. But sometimes I get "dinged" on update days. Whatever, that's AdSense in a nutshell. Click and hope squared.

    • Brian, you are so right. Last night when I checked the revenue was really bad. This morning I see I had actually made more than normal that day.
