I have a website: "MaxMuscleMethod.com" which--according to Google webmaster tools--averages position 1.7 for "Max Muscle Method" When I go look for the website in my own searches, I can't find it, and neither can a series of online tools, or desktop programs.

When I go look for the website in my own searches, I can't find it, and neither can a series of online tools, or desktop programs.
I'm definitely getting traffic to my site, but from where?
My suspicion is that Google knows the 'web profile' of who owns the website, and doesn't necessarily show that website to that individual, in order to ferret out people who are excessively backlinking.
Has that been the experience around here?
