Well to tell you the truth you can do all that by your self for free.

First about on page SEO if you are using wordpress you can do all that easily with All in One SEO Pack plugin which is free and there are many other plugins that do the same work

About Off page SEO let's see what they offer one by one

First we have 400 directory submissions per year, well I am sure that it's pretty easy to submit your site to one directory every day (it doen't take more than 1-2 minutes)

Then we have 400 bookmarks, these are really worthless since you can just create accounts to the most popular social networks (if you don't already have), and I am pretty sure that in a one year period you can get thousands of bookmarks just by yourself and minimum time.

Third is the 400 article submission directories, well if those are 400 unique articles with quality content they would worth the price just by themselves but I am pretty sure that they write 5-10 articles then they spin them and they submit these spun articles on multiple article directories, just ask them and if this is the case don't waste money for that kind of things...

Then we have blog review submissions, first they should tell you on what kind of blogs they submit reviews, because it seems that they submit them on low quality blogs that you can easily find and tell them to write a review for your site from 1-5$ each, again this doen't justify the montly price

Then we have 400 search engines submissions which is totally useless, the only thing you have to do in order search engines to find your site is to submit the sitemap of your site to Google and bing websmaster tools which can be done in a few minutes, then it's just a matter of time for search engines to index your site.

So the conclution is to not waste your money for those, you can easily do all that by yourself or if you want someone else to take care of all these it will not cost you more than one time fee of 100-200$, you can try odesk.com or elance.com to find freelancers and if you tell them exactly what you want you will find many who can do all these for less than 100$.

Now if you have the budget for examble 3000-4000$ per year to spend you can really do wonders, with that kind of money you can get 5-6 guest posts per month on authority on your niche blogs (60+ guest posts per year will really make a difference for your site not just for better rankings but for traffic, reputation and actually more sales for your business) you can ask the top bloggers in your niche to write a review of your site, these reviews can cost more than 100$ each but they will give instantly more sales, you can get 5-10 great videos for your business that will really help you promote your site in many ways. And much more that will really help you make more sales not just better rankings...

I have to agree with kochtgr, you can do it your own or you can get this done here on warriorforum itself for lot cheaper.

Yea that is way over priced, if you know how to do it or have the time to learn.

However if you don't want to mess with SEO then it might be worth it to you, although I still think you could find cheaper.

If I didn't want to do it myself I would piece it out to different people and you could cut that cost by more than half.

Thanks everyone! I would really like to do it my self but I don't know much about seo. I am trying to do as much research as possible but there is so many different techniques so its hard to know if I am using the correct one to get the best results. I just went to Mike Anthonys website and thinking about trying that. Having a mentor type program (i think that is what his site is) sounds reassuring. Any comments on this?

kochtgr - thanks for that response!!!!!! You broke it down very well. Do you know where i would be able to buy quality blog review with a decent PR? My biggest concern with doing it my self is that I don't know where to get quality backlinks, quality blog reviews, ect. and everyone says there package is the best. So without previous experience on what worked and what doesn't i could be wasting tons of time with crappy PR or a bunch of BS. Now how you broke it down actually gave me confidence though. Any recommendations on where to find quality PR? I don't have a bunch of money but since the market i am trying to get into is very competitive i will spend as much as i need to spend within reason. Thanks again!

There are many sites for sponsored reviews the most popular are:

        Blog Marketing :: SocialSpark
Get Paid To Blog at Payu2blog Blog Advertising
Buy Blog Reviews, Paid Posts from 55,000+ bloggers, Blog Advertising Network - SponsoredReviews.com
ReviewMe - Advertiser: Get Traffic < Buzz! - Bloggers: Earn cash blogging!
        https://payperpost.com/

On these sites you can find any kind of blogs and at any price range, from 5-10$ up to 2000$ for the top blogs on the world.

Blog reviews best use is to actually promote your business and not for the links.
Now I don't know in what industry you are but another great way to use blog reviews is to boost your reputation (in case someone who have to decide if he will buy your products or services he will probably search for reviews for your business so it's better to find positive ones on the first positions of google). In that case you can use this site LinkFromBlog - buy blog reviews, advertise on blogs where you can find many blogs that offer review posts on their blogs even for 1$ (it would be better if the reviews are not totally positive since they will be seen as fake, instead they should be of course positive but at the same time state some things that could be better), then after the bloggers publish their reviews you can build links for these posts thru blog commenting (it's better if you comment on commentluv blogs) on relevant to you business blogs with high pagerank.

Another option is fiverr where you can find many gigs who offer blog reviews...

kochtgr- thanks for those links. I will look into those links about the blogs. I am feeling more an more confident with the research i have been doing and help from people like yourself.

When it comes to backlinks from blogs, website and ect. is there a minimum PR that i should try and get for my new site. Since i don't have anything i know any PR would help but should i try and get anything above PR3? My keywords i am trying to use are "Photo on Canvas" and a few other like that. They get over 200k searches globally and around 75k in the US. Also my main competition ranges from 2-8yrs they have been online. So this is why i need to come up with a strong plan of attack while abiding by the rules. Thanks

Hi Josh, I wrote in my first message what you could do for less money than what this company asks, the best ways to promote your site (not just SEO but overall online marketing) are guest posting on relevant blogs, blog commenting on the top blogs on your niche, video marketing, cheap blog reviews on not popular blogs on your niche for agressive reputation management and a few blog reviews on authority blogs on your niche that will help you get noticed from people interested in what you sell...

$399 is a very expensive price for just that kind of service they provide + the service they provide won't boost your rankings up much and would barely get your site to Page 1. You can easily outsource all those out to fiverr for $50.

If you're really on a tight budget, I would suggest just taking 1 day off to learn simple basic seo which is what that company offered you.
