How do I get my photo to show up next to my site in the SERP's? I thought I saw a WSO on this in the past few months.
Thanks

All I've ever used is this site: FavIcon from Pics

Make sure the original image is square or very close.

You'll get a download file and instructions on how to add it to your site.

You have to mark yourself as the author, use the rel=author tag on links pointing to your site, and set up an author page for google.

You can experiment with adding a thumbnail size pic of the author on the page and set its alt text to the author name. This may help Google to find or correlate that image with the author of the article. This just an idea and not sure if this will work.

Its a fairly simply process, heres a good article with step by step instructions: How To Get Author Images In The Serps

You'll need to use the rel="author" tag in a link to your Google account on your content pages. Thats not a favicon, its an image associated with you as an author from a Google account.

Google doesn't guarantee to show author information
in Google Web Search or Google News results.

Here's a page that has the real scoop.
      You need a google+ account.
Scroll down and you will see 2 options.

Paul already gave you the answer.

Basically create a Google+ profile with thumbnail image, then add some code to the page.
