Improving Amazon CTR

I have a few good money sites that are in the top 10 of Google. I'm currently seeing a click through rate of about 8 to 15% across my sites.
I've tried searching the forum but I just get a lot of results for wso's and a couple good threads.
I want to know what other members are getting for their CTRs and if there are any 'tricks of the trade' that you guys use to improve your CTR rate. I want to kill it with my money sites and I think optimizing each part of my strategy from searching engine ranking to site design are necessary for delivering the best performance.
