Hey there..

I cannot think of any better way to build whitehat links after Penguin than using PRWeb and doing a big press release.

What are your thoughts? Is there any danger in this?

There are many, many other ways to link build within Google's guidelines.

PRWeb is a great way to attrack links, but shouldn't be overused and abused. Save it for when you have something really newsworthy to say and you'll get the best results out of it.

And a tip: Avoid using stuffing keywords in your releases, instead use your branded terms such as Domain.com or just Domain, or the url itself: http://www.domain.com

Do you always use your Index page URL in the press release or do you point the press release traffic at an internal page that's related to the press release content?

      Example: hxxp://domain.com/content-related-to-the-press-release/

Press releases have always been an amazing tool not just after the penguin update. If you haven't been utilizing these from the get go you've been missing out

I'm very interested in this. Looks like it costs a minimum of $89 on PRweb. Is this money well spent would you say?

    Thanks

You want to use the $199 package (there's a $50 first time customer discount). There's also bulk advanced packages that are a much better value if you pay for a year or so.

I like a combine press releases from PRweb to promote various type of linkbait like infographics, or really long research articles.

It does play a good part it back linking but i would not use it as my only source. I run campaigns that use that along with Social Networks, Social Bookmarks, Forum Profiles, RSS Feeds
