What the f*ck are youtube/google doing

This is ridiculous. What a joke youtube are having. You need to use your google plus account to login to you tube. And you can't do it any other way. So you can't f*cking leave a comment on youtube anymore unless it has your full birth name.

I mean why don't google just publish your telpehone number, postcode, and house address.

I'm not sure who i hate more now, them or the eBay/paypal alliance...

What is with these companies trying to dictate to the market.

THE MARKET DICTATES THE COMPANIES. NOT THE OTHER WAY ROUND. These companies start of small and humble and give customers what they need. Like eBay in a caravan. Once they get big they start ****ting on peoples needs and fulfill there own.

    I just now logged into Youtube with only a user name & password (anonymous). This account doesn't have a Google+ account connected.

      Are you using an android phone?

      When I "upgraded" from blackberry to android,
      I had to create a google account using a gmail
      email. I did not have one, so I had to get one.

      I cannot login to youtube if I'm logged into adsense.
      My "real" youtube account is attached to my adsense
      account email.

      I'm sure I could tweak it, but am too lazy. I don't
      log into youtube on the phone. No need.

      That android thing though is pretty smart. Just think
      of all the gazilllions of android phones...what a
      windfall for google!

      And no, I don't use the gmail email. I have my normal
      one plugged in quite nicely.

      If google is using one of its programs, like youtube,
      to get more google+ people, sounds pretty smart
      to me. A mere formality, just like getting a gmail
      address when activating my android phone.

      My android phone rocks, baby. Blackberry was just
      a dinosaur. Still having a learning curve with the
      touchscreen.
