Is that a duplicate content?

I'm making a new site reviewing HD TVs.
For example, one of the products I review is "LG 47LM6700"
I have to put this review in different categories with different names such as "LED TV reviews", "LG HDTV reviews"and "HDTVs by price"
Does that cause a duplicate content penalty?

Doesn't amazon do the same thing?

I think people are too worried about duplicate content.

If you have the same content on multiple internal pages, yes that's duplicate content.

You can use a canonical tag for telling Google which internal page is the page you would like to show in Google SERPs.

The pages with the duplicate content will simply be sent to the supplemental SERPs, no big deal, that's the equivalent to not being listed in the SERPs for the duplicate pages.

The page you use in the canonical tag should be listed in Google SERPs.

Keep in mind none of this will happen until Google crawls all the duplicate pages involved.

The canonical tag is basically a way of telling Google bots that your not trying to spam the SERPs with duplicate content on multiple internal pages.

BTW, you can also NOINDEX the duplicate pages, just be very careful when running this tag. The NOINDEX tag will remove any page from the SERPs that includes this tag.

That could be considered as duplicate contents and a good way to avoid this is the use of canonical tag. The canonical tag is useful in case of serving the same contents from different urls.
