Getting Those Pesky Negative SEO Links Removed

Sooo, my site got hit with that "negative SEO" thing. But that's not really a problem, depending on who you ask.

Anyway, it's a problem for me now.

I've been working on getting the links removed, a few times successfully, but also a few times unsuccessfully.

It's kind of driving me nuts that there are a few sites, given their size, that should have safeguards in place that deal with spambots posting articles on their sites, but they don't. Further, they don't respond to support requests to have the spambot articles removed.

So, anybody have any ideas on how to get these spambot posts removed from the following sites (Other than submitting support requests, because they don't reply to those):

insanejournal.com
blinkweb.com
bcz.com
xanga.com
blogtext.org
