What is the best bookmarking tools

Hi, I don't know if this question is kinda repetitive, but I just want to know what is the best bookmarking tools, from what I have searched on the internet, many say to do it manually instead of using tools as it will affect the rank page in the future. But some say using tools save time and effective. Before this I used onlywire (free account) and it has only limit to 300 submissions and I can see positive traffic using this and i want to upgrade but i heard lots of negative feedbacks. So just want to know you guys opinion?

      I have used this one before but i still don't get the functionality of socialadr. So, i leave it and try to find better one.

    Manual submission of bookmarking is more effective.It can be a little bit time consuming,but for long run,it is better than submission through bookmarking tool,as submission through tools can affect your pagerank

      Yes, true, I have tried using manual submission but i don't manage to have time to do all that. I think if using manual submission, you need to spend more time.

    Use socialmarker or onlywire, they are semi-automated and free

    Use digi acelerator or bookmarking demon, they are fully automated but make sure to control the links/day built per day (no more than 15links/day if your site is 1-3 month old).

      Socialmarker seems fine but it only has 17 bookmarking websites but i heard it is quite effective too. Onlywire, I registered using free account and my account has reached the limit.
