adsense policy question

Hi I have a question about an adsense policy question on the advertising of your site:

Your site(s) are not permitted to "Be promoted through unsolicited mass emails or unwanted advertisements on third-party websites"

I was planning on promoting my site (which is a job site) by posting job adverts for specific site pages on classified sites. These pages lead to actual content where jobs and opportunities can be found (it's not just generic spam content). I want to post on Gumtree UK and other UK classified sites. Are classifieds counted as "unwanted advertisements" in google's eyes?

If I were to do this on a large scale would adsense ban my account? I also have google analytics installed so Google will know where my traffic is coming from.

Thanks.

Okay let me broaden this a little more so hopefully some people out there can point me in the right direction.

If say 95% of my traffic is from referral sources that are NOT paid for (non-organic) and does is independent of the search engines will my adsense account be banned?

I've read from a few people that your non organic traffic should at most be around 40% and google adsense treats your site as spam if it is not pulling in results from the search engines. If this is true I feel it's completely unfair, as a lot of quality sites operate with good traffic independent of the search engines.

Bump! Anyone know about using non organic traffic for adsense such as craigslist (gumtree UK), yahoo answers etc? Is it against policy.

If you are sending people to exactly what you say you are (i.e. not misleading) or your link is there as reference (i.e. as a source in yahoo answers) will you get banned for using this traffic?
