Penguin changing? Did Google finally listen?

Just woke up today, and all of a sudden my serps are increasing. These were sites that disappeared from search for 2 weeks now. My adsense account also shows some bread, after weeks of zeros.

Anybody observing any changes? I don't know maybe it's just me.

    I've seen a few of my newer sites come back. I'm not to sure why. My more established sites are still sitting where they were relegated to after the April 24 update. I've been testing out different linking strategies on the newer sites. I have still yet to come to a conclusion if it was due to the linking or an update that caused the shift.
