Hi,

I was just wondering if article writing and submission really is the best seo link building technique, as i read this on several seo forums. and is it unique content so crucial? i mean, do i have to write different articles for each directory that i submit?

Hi Fabiola,

Article writing and directory submission was best seo technique before everybody run into it and start spamming those article directories to death, or at least make them as poor quality backlink sources. However, it's still believe that submitting article to ezinearticle and some of high quality directories will do good for offpage seo purposes.

In addition to submitting articles, diversifying your backlinks are also highly recommended. I thing social networks give good sign of site's authority in the eyes of search engine.

i suggest you to go with unique content, because after google penguin update they have started penalizing the duplicate content website. so better play safe.
