It has been a while since I used scrapebox for anything but when I experienced similar situations in the past I would ping the list of links using one of the scrapebox add-ons.

This use to work but since I haven't used scrapebox for a while I'm not sure if it's still a valid tactic.

Here's what i assume from your question.

1. Scrapebox can post comments on blog, but not on wiki sites.

2. If you are talking about indexing wiki links, yes you can just open up your excel file and copy the urls into text then load it into Rapid Indexer addon.

Why do you want to create an excel file? I think there is such a function, but just creating a notepad file will ease your work (then just copy/paste the whole file) and use any google indexing checking tool

Yes. But like someone above posted, compile and save it as a text file in notepad.

Then use the Rapid Indexer tool on Scrapebox. Basically you load your url's on one side, the indexing service url's ont he other and click start.

I would use proxies, I wouldn't do all 5000 at once, and lastly I am a newbie.
