Hi All,

I received the unnatural link building e-mail via Google webmaster tools and I was wondering if I should submit my website for re-consideration. Is it best to ignore this e-mail and carry on or what should I do? I am an ex-BMR user and BMR should have removed all the links by now. I appear to have been penalized by Google for this and want the penalty lifted as quick as possible. Any advice on this subject would be great.
