Manner in which some sites are listed

I do a lot of web surfing and research for my job and have noticed that many websites have a different looking listing when they come up in my search, I have attached a pic for everyone to see, how can someone get their site to come up like this?

The attached thumbnail is not getting enlarged, but wondering about as I never experienced this. For which search query this comes out?

Thanks, that answered my question, wish my sites would get listed that way, I always seem to click on those links first when doing a search.
