I've searched and can't seem to find an answer to this question and hopefully I'm posting this in the right section.

I have AMR but it doesn't seem to post any articles. I've updated it, browsed online for new directories (found 28,000) imported them. Most of them seem to not accept articles.

Is this application dead or am I just unlucky (using dead directories)

please help if you can

    I used AMR to post the articles. There were only 10% directories which can use. And most of them are not Google-friendly. The articles are hard to index in Google.

    How many of the article directories you imported are listed as OK?

    The application isn't dead. If the article directories aren't accepting the articles then there is either a problem with the article directories themselves or you haven't followed the best practices when submitting your article i.e. using plenty of categories, no HTML in the article body, using a unique summary, etc..

    Most article directories quit accepting articles and the ones that do accept are not really the ones where you want to have your content, few exceptions as always.

    AMR can be usefull to post to your own network though.

    Now AMR success result is not good that was before, because most of the article directory owners on the moderation and majority of the directories are dead. as nik0 said its only good to post on your own private blog network.

    I would suggest that you let go off these robots/applications which do automated submissions. Nothing is matchable with human efforts. Try to build links naturally. Things got different after Penguin and Panda Updates

      How is using AMR different than an article getting syndicated without using a tool such as AMR? Is it because the article directories are poor quality? Also, if an article gets syndicated the same backlink anchor text is used and can't be varied like it can using AMR.

      Posting article without robot is much better although it take time, but your have to give it if you want the best from your articles
